Women’s Self Defense


There are no short cuts. You need to learn how to use the power that you have. Basic boxing is a good start. boxing is more realistic than many of the so called self defense seystems but it’s not enough by itself. Even profesional boxers fight in thier own weight class because anything else would be unfair to the smaller person. Thats why attackers pick on women. they are an easier target because of size and strength. You need to learn how to use your legs. Your legs are two to three times as strong as your arms. You need to use your core. the largest muscle group in your body. Don’t even think about flipping an attacker. the last thing you should do is turn your back on an attacker and if it goes wrong you both end up on the ground with him on top.
